Participants gathered on a rainy, mist-filled morning on April 11 for the 31st annual Dog N’ Jog fundraiser, hosted by the College of Veterinary Medicine Class of 2027.

The event brought together students, families and members of the community for a run/walk. Participants had the option to complete in either a 5K or a 1K route with their dogs, and volunteers were stationed throughout the route with their dogs and purple balloons to provide directions.

In addition to promoting physical activity, the Dog N’ Jog served as a fundraising effort. Proceeds from the event were directed toward supporting local animal-related organizations, including shelters and care programs that provide resources for dogs in need.
