On April 11, Manhattan residents, visitors and students gathered in Aggieville to see the Grand Drive in the ‘Ville. Exhibitors competed at the Riley County Fairgrounds all day Saturday for the judges to choose the top six prospect market beef and breeding heifers. The top six competed to be the Grand Champion of the Aggieville Showdown.
The after-party festivities were sponsored by Cavender’s and Yard Bar with the Aggieville Showdown Fashion Show, highlighting retail stores and boutiques’ clothing lines on a runway in the center of Aggieville and live music by Gage Gardiner.
