Dean Wade, PF, Cleveland Cavaliers
The veteran forward continues to help the Cavs get wins, as Cleveland has prevailed in eight of its last 10 games. Against the Los Angeles Lakers on Jan. 28, Wade finished with 11 points and five rebounds, shooting 4-5 from the field.
On Feb. 1 versus the Portland Trailblazers, Wade finished with six points and three rebounds. Showcasing a defensive presence in this outing, he also totaled three steals.
Nae’Qwan Tomlin, SF/PF, Cleveland Cavaliers
Fellow Cavalier Nae’Qwan Tomlin has scored the ball more lately. On Jan. 30, in a loss to the Phoenix Suns, Tomlin finished with a season high in points, dropping 14. He had five rebounds and two steals in the contest as well.
Versus the Lakers, Tomlin did it all. His final stat line was eight points, three rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals.
In his most recent game versus Portland, Tomlin totaled 12 points. In his past five games, he’s averaged 10.2 points per game.
Keyonte Johnson, F, Greensboro Swarm
Johnson has done great things for the Swarm. During a matchup versus the Windy City Bulls on Jan. 30, Johnson led the team, scoring 23 points. The Greensboro star also contributed five rebounds, two assists and two steals. It wouldn’t be enough for the win, though, as the Swarm came up short 115-110.
However, on Feb. 2, against the Bulls once again, Greensboro got its revenge with a 126-103 win. Johnson finished with 19 points, five rebounds and four assists, and was the second-highest scorer for the Swarm in the win.
