A closer look at the sign posted under the Flock camera near South Seth Child Road. The sign states that Flock cameras are "warrantless," "AI powered" and contribute to "mass surveillance." The sign provides a QR code to DeFlock.org where people can learn more about Flock cameras and locate ones in their area. This is one of 11 Flock cameras that the Riley County Police Department operates in Manhattan.
