Speiser, a 6-foot-1 guard, attends Lutheran St. Charles in Warrenton, Missouri. She also competes for the club All Iowa Attack.
As the reigning Missouri Gatorade Player of the Year, Speiser commits to K-State basketball over other top suitors, most notably Iowa.
She nearly averaged a double-double per game, stuffing the stat sheet with 22.9 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.8 steals per game.
Known for her sharpshooting ability, Speriser showcased her talent across the country, including at Nike Nationals.
Mittie and the Wildcats are coming off of an electric 2023-24 campaign that saw Manhattan host the opening two rounds of March Madness. K-State was ranked as high as No. 2 in the nation and earned a four-seed in the NCAA Tournament.
K-State will be among the favorites to win the Big 12 conference this upcoming season. The program’s momentum is furthered by an all-time recruitment in Speiser.
