A man on a four wheeler attempts to clear out the entrances to businesses on 4th Street following the snowstorm that occured on January 5th. Quad bikes and side-by-sides were frequent on the roads as people worked to clear over a foot of snow from the Manhattan area.

Winter Storm Blair set the second-highest one-day snowfall record in Manhattan.
Manhattan water is pumped to be treated at the Manhattan Water Treatment Plant located at North 3rd St and Tuttle Creek Boulevard.

Manhattan reports no lead found in water lines
